Some life situations present people with particular challenges. This applies in particular to the working environment, when - as is usual in a production plant - additional stress is added in the form of noise, dust and shift work.
Employee well-being has been at the centre of LSV's focus since before the pandemic. ‘Come in healthy and leave healthy’ is our maxim and the company's care contributes to a motivated team. This is why LSV has been offering its employees the FinLers-doQ service for some time now. Quick help with medical appointments or therapy is at the centre of the service. The service has been very well received by the workforce and has been well received. We have therefore gladly agreed to publish this success story as a case study on FinLers.
